Before a Meal Counter user sends an issue for support, it is recommended to review the topics in the Meal Counter Knowledge Base. Most subjects have been covered and it is the single best resource for Meal Counter participants. The FAQ page, specifically helps answer many common questions.

State Agency Support

If those resources do not help, sponsors experiencing an issue should reach out to their State Agency SFSP team.
